We want to update you on the latest happenings with the Cambrils church plant. On January 20th, our architect (who is also the son of the pastor of the central churchof Tarragona) met with the Cambrils city engineer in regards to several issues with our church project. Lots of prayer preceded that meeting and we are so thankful that it turned out favorably. The city engineer even offered solutions to the problems he had earlier posed! Our architect is now revising the building project documents which will soon be resubmitted for approval.

In the meantime, we continue to use the rental building for mid-week Bible study and rent the hotel conference room for Sunday mornings. We also continue to exercise faith and patience!!  A friend of ours, who is a civil engineer, recently wrote us the following: Thank you again for all that you are doing for the body over inSpain!  I read and re-read your monthly letters….making progress in what you are trying to accomplish is similar to me trying to get a highway designed and built - it seems to takes years and years…but progress is taking place each day. Amen!

We really sense that this year needs to be one of spiritual growth and maturity for the body of Christ here in Cambrils. With that in mind, we are happy to report that Dianna has completed 6 months of discipleship classes with us and has enrolled in a specialized ministry school at the central church that begins in March. Three others have agreed to begin discipleship classes with us. Praise the Lord.
